CityMD East 14th Urgent Care - NYC

Terrible experience, wont be returning. The front desk was incompetent and rude. The provider was truly wonderful and helpful. But I had to keep asking to talk to him because the front desk was not capable of doing their job. I missed out on a earlier ENT referral because they couldn't answer my questions and I wanted to talk to a doctor. They then proceeded to refer me to an ENT 5 days later that specifically called me and said he couldn't treat my symptoms. I called to get answers and was told I would have to come back in for a different referral. Absolute waste of time and money.

I came here after calling ahead to confirm that the X-ray tech was available. The staff assured me I could come anytime before 8 PM. When I arrived at 4:45 PM with a wrist injury, I was told the tech was out to lunch for 45 minutes. That meant sitting and waiting in pain and ultimately canceling my plans — all because the front desk gave completely wrong information. This could have been easily prevented with basic communication or a posted schedule. If you’re injured and need an X-ray, do not rely on this location. Their staff either doesn’t communicate or doesn’t care, and patients pay the price. Hopefully management sees this and trains their team to give accurate information before wasting people’s time.

Absolute scam artists. I had a simple cut but they were so scared at the sight of blood that they sent me to an emergency room. Charged me $75 for literally running some cold water over my hand. ER doc said that this happens allllll the time. What kind of "urgent care" provider can't put in a couple of stitches? Amateurs!

DO NOT GO HERE. I went in for an ear infection the doctor told me it was “ear wax build up” (ear infections are the easiest diagnosis for a doctor) I ended up going to a specialist and had 2 severe ear infections. The doctor prescribed me drops for an outer ear infection “just incase” which could’ve severely impacted my hearing as that was the wrong diagnosis… there was full on pus coming out of my ear…. I don’t know how this person could be considered a doctor.

Summit health is a nice and clean place.... The staff is very warm and inviting the doctors are phenomenal I will tell all my friends to go to summit health because it's the place to be!
