The lady who was working Tuesday, June 5 2023, in the afternoon around 5-6pm. She has a bad attitude and she doesn’t know how to communicate. I went twice to the pharmacy driving 45 minutes from work because I don’t have any other time to go and get medicine + I’m 36 weeks pregnant super uncomfortable because I have the flu; I really needed the meds, I wasted my time just because she didn’t listen and she didn’t communicate the right way. I would like to give 5 stars but you have to know who you hire to and I know this is not the first complaint. Working in customer service it’s not an excuse, I’ve been in the same place having good and bad days; and no body have to pay for my problems, I was always treating customers the right way.

There’s a Spanish girl there light skinned with a mole on her face she’s gotta be the rudest person I’ve met. Dont know why she’s working there makes me not even wanna get my medicine there. Went there yesterday to pick up my mothers medicine and seems like she was training someone obviously she doesn’t know what she was doing cause she wasn’t even speaking to her co worker correctly. Not a good look think it’s time to find a new pharmacy.

I was going to let this go, but I just couldn’t. I went here on Tuesday to get my prescription filled and if I tell you that there was a light skin Spanish female there that was the rudest of it all. I ended up just going to CVS. But if this is how you run business here by being rude I most definitely NEVER coming again.
