I just switched to my local pharmacy after years of being a rite aid customer. I didn't realize how much I was paying for my prescription until I started coming here. While I'm content with the service. You just need to make sure you contact the pharmacy to make sure you get your prescription refilled when it's time. They are busy but they take really good care of their customers. The staff is cordial and patient.

My Family has been going there for 30 years!! It "'speaks"' for itself!!! My #1 ""OldSkool"" knowledgeable Drug store..... they provided A-1 service to my mother. Thank you City Drugs Staff

I will only give it two stars because the elderly in the neighborhood need to have somewhere to go pick up their medication’s and get supplies. However, every single thing I’ve ever bought from this pharmacy (which is not much) has been overly priced. I will only buy from here if it’s an emergency. Whip out your Amazon app and look at the same products that’s in the store and you will see that everything is a minimum of 3 to 4 dollars more. I bought $12 transparent dressings that I got on Amazon $6. My low review is because the people who live in this neighborhood are primarily on Medicaid so that’s how this store has most of their clients utilizing the pharmacy - not a problem but a lot of of the elderly do not use online apps and they’re taking advantage by overly pricing your everyday h

I’m a health care provider and I rarely ever like to leave bad reviews but I have to do so for this pharmacy. I tried calling for a patient to inquire about a delivery date for a raised toilet seat and a shower chair. I called them and the woman that picks up the phone immediately tells me no and hangs up the phone! I tried calling again and they just pick up and hang up. Unbelievable. This is for an elderly women and she needs these dme items. This is absurd. Rest assured I reported this pharmacy. Unbelievable.

I am so gladdened whenever I find a local traditional styled pharmacy in NYC! Walgreens begone, this place has everything you may need. The staff is friendly and helpful, I have yet to have a bad experience. I will say I only go there to pick up skin care/ bath products or low level heather care products. I have never picked up a prescription there, so I can't speak to that. But I highly recommend stopping by for your next purchase before heading across the street to CVS.
