Nursing, PT, and OT staff were great during my 12 day stay. Really got me ready to go home. Very responsive and friendly. I recommend Citizens to any person that needs physical rehabilitation.
My dad is 96 years old , on 1/1/2022 to FMH , 1/20 to citizen Rehab till 2/17 discharge to home. We are appreciated their care,staffs are very nice and helpful and professional, they are with family has connections. We know how my dad’s going on, like PT /OT eating status. Very good care . Also they are monitoring covid test ,so control very well and they text to family status. We have no worries about covid and my dad’s care . Thanks again for excellent care.
Respiratory care staff and unit are exceptional. They are kind, professional, and patient.
Very helpful and kind staff. Pleasant and clean rooms.
Staff is friendly and tends to patients needs despite being short staffed.
