Circle Health Urgent Care – Tewksbury

Avoid this place!! My family member had food poisoning symptoms in 2024 and the provider at another urgent care prescribed her a medicine that stopped me from vomiting. She fully recovered after that and only needed to pay for he office visit copay. Quick and easy. I had the same symptoms last month sand I went to this place because the urgent care we previously went to was closed on that day. They asked me to do all kinds of tests when I told them I didn’t think these test were necessary but they insisted me to do these tests. I stayed there for over 3 hours and had to ask the provider can you prescribe me the medicine and we can go from there to end this visit. I felt better and fully recovered after having that medicine. They sent my health insurance company a $1000 bill and I had to pa

We had such a great experience getting care for our toddler. It was nearly bedtime for her and the doctors, nurses and front desk staff got us in quickly, and were so kind and caring to all of us! Highly recommend!

Brought my mom and it was truly an excellent healthcare experience. She’s very hard of hearing and the reception checkin was kind and patient, nurse was very professional and patient, xray tech was fast, painless and knowledgeable. She marked the xray indicating broken rib and a possible fracture. Dr had great bedside manner, was kind and patient. He also helped her with an ointment for a cut and recommendations for her other laundry list of concerns. They let me see and discuss the X-rays, made sure her primary doctor will be able to see the records and images. I live 55 miles from here and would come back for myself and kids if needed. The facility is all purely clean, we Had zero wait time and I couldn’t ask for a safer experience to care for my Mom.

I did make an appointment online but went in early as I was in the area . I was registered immediately and was in the exam room within 10 minutes. I was seen by Dawn the PA. She was excellent. Examined me and spent time talking to me about the problem I went in for. Called my scripts in a timely manner. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. All staff were pleasant!

I walked in with no appointment feeling like garbage, walked out with a positive flu test and treatment. So thankful for this team that helped me, would recommend. Everybody was kind and care was quick Side note: I had stopped at the Urgent Care in front of Walmart before coming here and was told in different words to buzz off.
