I would give 0 stars if I could. There is an absolutely condescending EXTREMELY unprofessional front desk woman that works here that outwardly insulted my mother’s and my own intelligence and spoke down to me when my mother and I were clearly misinformed by her on how to apply as a new patient. Mind you. I was a patient here a few years ago as I had mentioned to this woman and she told me she “didn’t care” which was a totally bizarre response. I myself work in the medical field, I know that legally any medical office needs to keep all files for a certain amount of years, I was just simply letting this woman know that I did exist in her office’s system if that would make anything easier for HER to look up my profile but I digress. My doctor is Dr. Ragucci but I haven’t been able able to see him for a new patient appointment. Tewksbury Family health has rescheduled my appointment 3 times from the original appointment and now again the new appointment available is 1.5 months from today. I plan my whole day around my appointment and how do you just cancel them the same morning and not give me a rescheduled date for sooner. I understand doctor might not be available sometimes but 3 consecutive times? And how do you not give some kind of priority to cancelled appointments and find a next date sooner for them. Very disheartening experience

Dr. Ragucci is a Godsend who actually cares about his patients health and well being. After not seeing a physician for years, he took the time to listen to my concerns and address them as well as getting me back on track with my meds in the safest way possible. There is a reason his appointments are booked so far out, and some things are worth waiting for.

Dr ragucci has been my dr for years. He sees half my family including my son and my nieces. We have never had any issues with this practice. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, the nurses are great with the kids, and the drs are just amazing with everything. 10/10 would recommend Ragucci to anyone looking for a new primary care or pediatrician.

Dr. Ragucci had never gotten back to me on a follow up appointment. Once I finaly got a appointment set up for about 2 weeks out the office calls me the day of and says they have to re schedual the appointment for 3 weeks out. Will never be going back to this practice and do not recommend it if you are looking.
