Circle Health Family Medicine – Dracut

Been a patient for 14 years and past 2 years have been absolutely horrible. Dr.s are great. Overall management is so terrible. My PCP left the practice and I wasn't alerted. RXs routinely sent to wrong pharmacy. Called 7 times since January about incorrect coding of exam that should be $0 copay and never heard back. Today I got an alert asking if I've arrived for my appointment but I had a yearly exam 4 months ago. The first time they've ever called me was to tell me today is considered a no show. I asked ahain about billing issue and was on hold for 15 only to be told they will ask billing department. They're always on lunch longer then an hour and why wouldn't you stagger office teams breaks so phone is covered during the most popular time to call for patients? I've never been so stress

I’ve been a patient of Dr. So for about 10 years, and his expertise truly stands out among other doctors. His knowledge is exceptional, and he diversifies his approach by educating patients on both traditional and alternative remedies. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly.

I've been going to this doctors office for the past 6 years, & recently they have been declining significantly. I called @ 10:30am & never heard back so I called back @ 2:30 waited on hold for 40 minutes to then have the nurse tell me no one ever gave her my message. They no longer have "sick time slots" They told me that my doctor is not seeing patients as he is completely booked & my best option is to go to urgent care, & it is for something I should NOT have to make a co payment for. It is something so easy that they could do a telehealth visit.

I wish there was a zero star or negative . I ususlly do not write reviews but would like to take the time to share . This is the worst practice I have ever experienced. They do not want to see their challenged patients. They have every excuse not to see them and send them to the ER , I was sent to the ER every time and a GI doctor just to get the runaround when they all say you have to see PCP , I changed practice, it took our new DR - PCP one time to prescribe the correct med. Staff is not people friendly and seemed annoyed when you have concerns.

I feel compelled to start this review by saying I was happy with this practice up until two years ago. I don’t know if they have changed directors or what’s going on, but this place has gone way downhill! Our family have been patients of this practice for many years. I called last Thursday to schedule an appointment for my son, who is having some SERIOUS medical issues that warranted a doctor’s PROMPT attention. At this time, I also requested to switch primary care physicians for my son because he expressed to me that he is very uncomfortable with his current primary care doctor at Dracut Family Medicine and that he would prefer to see a female doctor moving forward. On Friday, at 5:30 p.m., I finally get a call back and was told by Jerome, the receptionist, that this is not within their
