Horrible customer service , provided incorrect information, condescending staff and very rude and unhelpful. I have had past issues here and when I came back in the woman was incredibly rude and tried to reprimand me for leaving a bad review because she was so rude to me. Then proceeded to say she didn’t have my medication when she told me on the phone she did hence why I showed up.

Would never ever ever recommend to anyone. The pharmacist will have an attitude and tell they no longer carry the medication anymore. Please save yourself the time and go to Rite Aid or CVS Pharmacy. They will refuse to fill your prescription and won’t give you a solid explanation. As they refused my prescription, since I was going overseas within the next 24 hours, I was so disappointed that this small business would do that. But luckily, big pharmacies like Rite Aid and CVS will fill it with just your flight itinerary as proof. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THE PHARMACIST IS RUDE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PRESCRIPTION OR ANYTHING BUT WHAT THEY HAVE TIME FOR. **** PLEASE DO NOT let them try to fool you with whatever excuse/response they have because if these MPM guidelines and rules AC

Ciabao Pharmacy is the Best. My wife Dr. Yrky passed (see the picture) while I was purchasing my medicine in the pharmacy. The technician that was working with the computer system drove me to the airport, the pharmacy gave me the medicine for free because I was devastated, I'm very thankful for the attention and the great customer service and human spirit all the staff display. Service Quality and great customer attention. To Nicholas, the Technician, to Chaddy, and the other staff, member, THANK YOU !!!
