I took Cora to Dr distas office she is the primary care vet , for our people friendly gator mouth mastiff mix she's a loving dog, but animal aggressive she is a rescue dog that has had a hard life, she was found in some other part of indiana, with 4 frozen puppies inside her she's, had multiple surgeries, and is sweet to people but was at the shelter so long , that all the barking back and fourth with other dogs made her dislike other animals working on obedience training , but day before yesturday took her in for yeast infection in 1 ear , her appointment was 2:00 pm we arrived at 1:37, I went in left her in the car , told the 2 lady's in there I was just checking her in for her appointment, at 2:00 pm, they told me to go ahead and bring her in, I did and Dr distas really threw a fit abo

The vet was very rude from the time I walked in the exam room rushed through the exam as he told me my Neopaliton mastiff was a breed that people made and had nothing but problems I brought him in to have his paw looked at because I believed it was sprained he pulled pushed and poked then sent what I can only assume was a teenage apprentice to tell me what the cost of what he prescribed a $350 prescription but didn't or couldn't tell me the names of this prescription so when I said I'll check with my breeder and finally come to the decision to proceed he comes back in and thinks he's gonna scold me about being questioned 🤣🤣 after his 10 minute rant I reluctantly paid for his useless exam fee and said no thanks buddy keep you meds and your worthless option I'll take a hard pass on this .wou

Doctor is rude and condescending. Been going here for a while and it's time to move on. The staff appear caring but I'm beginning to think it's just all smoke and mirrors.

I went to this place for a senior wellness plan towards the end of the summer. My dog was turning 13 and I need help managing his healthcare. During check-in, the receptionist argued me down about just euthanizing my animal instead (in front of my daughter). My pet passed away Monday. I wish I had gone somewhere else instead

I have taken my cat to this facility for a few years now. The absolute best thing about this clinic is Nicole. She is so personable and caring. Often when I call, she remembers who I am with very little prompting. And I do not call often. Maybe 2 times a year to schedule appointments or if he is ill. She is the shining star of this office and I cannot speak enough positive things about her. To be clear, the other techs are phenomenal as well!! She has just always stuck out in my experience there. The only reason I am rating 4/5 is because the vet moves very quickly and on several occasions has interrupted me or spoken over me. HOWEVER, I do not think he is rude or disinterested. I work in the medical field (for humans lol) and know that some of the best doctors often know exactly what you
