Church Square Pharmacy

I am a huge fan of this pharmacy let me clarify, what I am not a fan of is one particular lady I've spoken on the phone twice and was excessively and unnecessarily rude and short with me. She really needs to take a moment and realize that without customers she has no job, and the entire reason she's there is to help people who are concerned with their health and may have a few questions, and not act like she's doing them a favor by speaking to them. I really wish I could maintain the high rating I gave but due to my interactions with her I have to change my rating. Which I hate because everyone else is so great. But she is a representative of the company and that holds weight.

I depend on my meds to keep me functioning daily. The driver claimed to try to make the delivery he never did. I was at home he never called. I will need to go to the ER for my meds

Took one of my families here to get her medication and the wait time was not long.

Best pharmacy in Cleveland! Always picked up the phone, was patient with me, and gave me the help that I needed. They are very kind individuals working there. I switched from Walgreens and so happy that I did.

Have several family members for delivery some issues with lateness and wrong prescription delivery
