Had many issues w/ lab cases including the owner telling me the die is not the same as as what's in the mouth so it may not fit even though scanned digitally. After 45 yrs in practice I've never heard such misinformation. Had many cases remade and some just returned to be remade by them or another lab. Now they want to sue me for non payment for remakes and returned cases(which were of poor quality). I'm not sure how they are still in business
