CHOP Specialty Care, Atlantic County

So here for Physical Therapy for son. Front desk staff are ok. PT staff are very nice. Scheduling is rough. Computer system actually Canceled 1 of my appointments. Recommended using website. Scheduling will be affected if your do not answer text and or Calls FYI. Times are crazy for Scheduling and Very Limited.

The people at the front reception area need a class for manners. Scheess...is it really so hard to be nice and respectful. The staff that did vitals, xrays, nurse, amd doctor were very nice and professional

Dr. Stein and his staff are amazing!! The atmosphere is welcoming and the facility is extremely clean.

One seems generous. I spoke to a woman who was so distracted that she didn't hear a word I said. I specifically told her twice at the beginning of the conversation that I needed an immediate appointment. If one was not available, I would call somewhere else. She proceeded to waste ten minutes taking all my information and then said they are scheduling pretty far out, then gave me an appt date that's six months from now. I asked her why she took my information and wasted my time when the first thing I told her was that we needed a quick appointment. She said. "the conversation wasn't going that way". I speak English so I am lost. Some people should not be in customer service.

Love the experience stuff was super helpful and nice. Dr was very knowledgeable and clarified anything I didn’t understand. I felt heard and confident in them to handle my children’s needs
