Customer Reviews
We’ve been going to CHOP Dermatology for a few years now, and the care my child receives has always been top tier. The team is knowledgeable, patient, and truly compassionate. We always feel heard, supported, and confident in the treatment plan. Highly grateful for this wonderful team!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. It's taken me 4 months to write this review after the most unpleasant experience imaginable. We brought our daughter here with concerns that were completely dismissed by Dr. Lhost. We requested bloodwork to which she responded that they don't do that here and she didn't feel it was warranted so she would not write a script for it. After discussion with my husband, we did not feel that the x-ray she recommended was completely necessary or warranted for our 8-month-old baby and we did not want to expose her to radiation unless it was absolutely necessary, therefore, we politely declined this diagnostic test. At this point, her demeanor had completely changed from when she initially walked in the room and began threatening us with calling CPS. We p
The doctors are highly professional and the facility is very clean, but I had a very disappointing experience with one specific staff member today. I cannot provide her name because she did not introduce herself and was not wearing a visible ID badge—which is actually a legal requirement in this setting. However, it was the woman with braids and glasses working today. I’m not sure if she dislikes her work or simply enjoys having a negative attitude, but her tone was incredibly rude. The other staff members were kind, but her behavior was unacceptable. I don’t expect small talk or a forced smile, but I do expect basic politeness and professionalism. If I had spoken to her the way she spoke to me, I am 100% certain she would have been offended. The medical care is great, but this individua
I had my first visit at the Eye doctor with my toddler. The doctors were very professional, I especially appreciated the doctor's assistant. He was kind with my daughter and very informative. However the receptionists didn't display much professionalism. Upon my arrival, I checked in and told the receptionist this was my 1st visit. She spoke very low and quickly when providing me the iPad to sign in. I had to ask her to speak up and slowly so I can understand her. Mind you. Im an American of Puerto Rican decent so English is my native language. Yet, still, speak up and clearly to be understood. She immediately rushed me to attend to the next person. Mind you, it was at 7:30am, their was about 4 other ppl behind me so their wasn't a need to rush. I go to the 2nd floor, and several other wor
I was very disappointed with my visit to this gastroenterologist. My baby has had blood in his stool for a month with frequent bowel movements, and instead of getting answers, I was told: “I see this every day, some babies poop with blood for six months, don’t worry.” When I asked if she really thought this was normal, she said “Yes.” She was dismissive and rude, did not answer my questions, and ignored the detailed symptom diary I had prepared. I requested a hemoglobin check for my baby, but was told this is only done at age two - even though my baby is clearly losing blood. She was rough with my baby, who cried at a doctor’s visit for the first time in his life. The nurse was also rude. Overall, an awful experience - 0/10. The only good part of our experience was the pediatrician - a
