CHOP Pediatric Urgent Care in King of Prussia is an excellent spot for families when your child needs quick medical attention without heading to the main hospital. The clinic is clean, modern, and super organized, making the whole process feel smooth even when you’re stressed. The staff is friendly, patient, and clearly great with kids — from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, everyone takes time to explain what’s happening in simple terms. What I really like is that the wait times are usually short, and the care feels personal rather than rushed. Parking is easy, and the location near the King of Prussia Town Center makes it convenient if you need to grab food or run errands afterward. It’s comforting to know CHOP-level care is available right in the neighborhood — definitely a tru

I’ve always had great experiences here. They’re always very thorough with breathing/asthma issues. Luckily, I’ve never had to wait long and find all the staff very friendly. I imagine that sometimes there are long wait times, but I’ve never experienced that. Also very convenient that the ER is on the other side and if they need to be admitted, it’s right upstairs.

Took our four week old son here 1/23 around 7:05PM. He has been extremely uncomfortable, crunching up, and seems to be in pain. This has gone on for weeks, to the point he stays up over 4 hours. We wanted some kind of answer as his GI appointment is not for another week. Spoke with Doctor Alexandra, informed her of every detail about what has been occurring. She was absolutely lost, kept telling my wife and I that baby's suck. She said this about 10 times while being seen. She told us that we need to start swaddleing the baby, which we do and explained that does not help. She than states after feeding, we need to hold the baby upright for 30 minutes and feed him 5oz of formula. She than proceeds to swaddle our son and than stand there and rock him, he wasn't even crying at this point. Th

Came to Urgent Care on evening of 1/16/26 because my son was not gaining alertness after sedation from a long MRI. The staff at urgent care was incredible and acted so quickly in their response with him and took such good care of us. My husband and I are so appreciative of their professionalism, empathy and level of care.

They took amazing care of my 8 yr old granddaughter. The cafeteria was clean and the breakfast was great. Very friendly staff upon entering. The waiting areas are clean and adorable/fun looking n comfortable. The security was great EXEPT a older African American woman, my SIL lit a cigarette in the parking lot not knowing its non smoking, she watched us so hard and immediately came out to tell him n thats finenmo problem, However after I got my grands personal items out the SUV for her recovery n he I'm guessing walked off the property to smoke. I come in she looked at me like I'm trash very uncomfortable n un welcoming. He comes in to grab the personal items bag for his daughter to take up. Mind you he has a visitors badge n she watches him all the way to the elevator until he got
