Drs and back office staff have been good, but it’s very obvious that appointments mean nothing to this place as we show up 20mins early (15mins is requested) and still had to wait 40 mins after our appointment time to be seen, in fact everyone in waiting room including people who showed up after our appointment time were seen before us. Also non of the 4 hand sanitizer dispensers that I tried worked.

I scheduled my daughter’s annual visit back in August, and the earliest available appointment was close to the end of October. Fast forward to today, I received a call from the office but missed it. When I listened to the voicemail, I couldn’t make out the caller’s name nor did she leave a reason for the call. When I called back, the woman who answered was rude and told me to “listen to the voicemail” to get the name, even after I explained there was no reason for the call left on the voicemail. All I knew was that the caller’s name started with an “M.” She then placed me on hold, and the person who left the voicemail came on the line to tell me that my daughter’s appointment had been moved to November. When I asked what happened to the October appointment, she said it had been scheduled

I love the doctor's and nurses however when scheduling an appointment in advance the staff is very rude and uncaring. My son has been sick on 2-3 times a week for a few months. When I finally tried to schedule an appointment online I was told that I should not be requesting an appointment online if a patient is "sick". This isn't like the flu, but tired all the time and other symptoms but the person who told me this as rather rude. When I explained why, she was rude again and said "I know. I read your message." I explained I needed an appointment for Friday, but she failed listen and tried to schedule for Thursday. At that point, I said never mind, I will call on Friday. If this wasn't the only pediatric office in the area, I would be taking my business somewhere else. What is the point if

When calling into the office to make appointments I was kept on hold for over 15 minutes. Office is over saturated with patients and appointments are too far out to manage kids with illnesses. I am seriously looking at other providers. Unfortunately CHKD has the area in a choke hold and you cant get a private practice provider from Norfolk to Virginia Beach anywhere.

Hours say 5:00 and tried calling at 4:30 to let them know I was a few minutes away. Found out they close at 4:30 well change it on google. Came here for nothing and I just needed to drop off documents.
