I was ten minutes late for my appointment and told that my daughter could not be seen that day at all. UNBELIEVABLE. Took a whole day off work. Like was our appointment only 10 minutes long? You can’t work someone in??? A+++ on customer service PSYCH 😒

The only good thing about this place is Dr.Vergara. They are unprofessional, unorganized and fail to communicate with parents. My children will not be returning and I highly reccomend that others take their children elsewhere. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND!!

We’ve been having issues with this location ever since we switched our child over from the VA Beach location a few years ago, which is so much better in my experience!! It is so hard to get my child an appointment here whenever they are sick and need to be seen. Anytime that I call to schedule a sick appointment, my child gets turned away due to no available appointments. They ask what are the child’s symptoms, then after explaining all of the symptoms, they tell me they don’t have any availability. Their only recommendation is to take my child to urgent care. What is the point of explaining all of the symptoms if there is “no availability” in the first place. What is the point of having primary care if each time my child is sick, I have to take them to urgent care, as they suggest. This

This facility is absolutely unprofessional I have been taking my son here since he was born, he is now 3. My son had an appointment this week for his 3 year checkup and I called to inform the office I would be cutting it close since we were coming from Harbour view in Suffolk for physical therapy the office staff did not answer the phone and It appears they had been shut off. I arrived at the office at 1108 and was told I could not be seen due to our late arrival. I informed the staff my son had therapy and I tried to call but the phones were turned off. The staff is rude and u professional They have previously been rude on other appointment date to which the doctor informed me they know it’s an issue and they are revamping their staff.
