Chiro One Chiropractic & Wellness Center of Colonial Heights

I went to Chiro One due to unrelieved muscle spasms, which were excruciating sometimes. I had been to a chiropractor in the past with good results so I wasn't hesitant. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. After two sessions, I felt much better and I intend to follow through on recommended sessions. A lot of people are scared of chiropractors but, believe you me, they are truly needed/ effective. Thank you so much, Chiro One, for getting me back on track!🥰

Dr. Shawn and doctor Allison are lovely. I have been going to this practice for over 3 years. They changed hands and I couldn't be happier. All 6 of the old chiropractors missed what Dr Shawn caught with less then 10 minutes with me. I have probable hEDS (he cannot diagnose me.) But I am much more flexible then I should be. I have an appointment with an genetists already. I cannot be more grateful for them and MY GIRL KATIE! Best LMT in the state. Thank 6ou for saving my family

So thankful a friend told me about Chiro One! The therapy and adjustments have changed my life. I went from pain every day each month, down to just 4 days a month. Everyone at this facility is amazing, Kerstin & Abby are always so welcoming, encouraging , supportive & entertaining! Dr Allison, Dr Mah and Dr Sean take the time and listen to my concerns. Love the amazing people and facility ♥️

Very efficient office staff, not a lot of time wasted sitting around in the waiting room. The doctor is personable and the therapy has the desired effect. Definitely recommend.

They let the best one they had go with out notice, Dr Breeding was great! Trying to find him! They won’t give any info on his where about. Tried another one in there , just need an adjustment but no they want more exrays and I said no just want an adjustment. Would not do it so I left will never go back.
