Lifesaver. Didn't realize compounding was a dying breed. I am post partum and was becoming stressed calling around to find a pharmacy that could accommodate when Chinook was recommended to me by someone at a big chain store. Everything from transferring my rx, communicating the price, filling, to delivery was a breeze. I literally cried happy tears on the phone with the employee I was speaking with because I was so thankful. Definitely a patient for life. Thank you!

Can''t say enough about this company and its employees, They are super responsive, extremely knowledgable and professional, and I would recommend without hesitation. Not sure what's in their secret sauce, but they have nailed it regarding running a smooth, reliable, and KIND business. It's a joy to be one of their lucky customers!

Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely frustrating. Most staff were pleasant, but my interaction with the lead pharmacist was unprofessional and dismissive. I later learned from another pharmacy that my compounded medication appeared to be improperly prepared, which raised concerns. When I attempted to address this, I felt gaslit and that my concerns were not taken seriously. She offered a refund if we returned it and she later rescinded that. Gaslit and dismissed over and over again in our conversation. We have since happily moved our prescriptions to another pharmacy that provides more consistent quality and respectful communication. Which the new place worked with us immediately and rectified the issue. Hope my HIPPA will be protected.

This pharmacy has been INCREDIBLE. I’ve been using them for several months after switching from another compounding pharmacy. They’ve been great at filling my routine medications without lactose/dairy. Recently, a family member had an allergic reaction to a filler in a medication and they needed a compounded version quickly. Cindy (pharmacist) educated me on possible options and made the process so much easier than it could’ve been. Thank you guys (especially Cindy) for your continued kindness and efficiency!

Chinook Pharmacy is a real gem in our community. It is a small, women-owned business with a friendly, kind, and empathetic staff. I have never felt so welcomed at any big-box pharmacy. Every visit is a truly pleasant experience. The pharmacists on staff are always communicative and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about the needs of their patients. Plus, the free delivery service is a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and a personal touch.
