Children's Therapy Source- Pediatric PT

We discovered Eileen and Children’s Therapy Source during Covid in the winter of 2020. After months of my daughter missing PT sessions through our school district we were able to schedule on going appointments with Eileen. And let me tell you 2 1/2 years later, my daughter still sees Eileen multiple times a week. Eileen is extremely knowledgeable in how a body works! She is patient and always thinks outside of the box, which is so unique and allows her patients to continually make progress. Prior to my daughter (triplegic cerebral palsy) seeing Eileen, ambulating and endurance was a huge challenge. Today, my daughter is walking better, standing taller and so much stronger. Eileen has been amazing with my young cousin who had an elbow fracture. Eileen has been attentive, kind, motivating and very effective in helping my cousin get back to gymnastics. She is personable, flexible and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to all friends and family!

I called to schedule an appointment, then was followed up with another call a day later just to tell me they didn’t take my insurance. When asked the cost i was told i wouldn’t be emailed everything after i explained my husbands in the military they didn’t want to email any information, which was a huge red flag and i immediately canceled due to my experience prior to even walking through the doors.immediately the owner called me trying to explain she has a new employer who isn’t trained properly and i had to go through the whole process with therapy again due to their lack of training with new staff. The owner called me and begin to argue with me about this review. Being a new mom and concerned for your child’s development, i would look for another physical therapist that is so much more
