Children's Physicians

first initial visit went well with my boys, the next time i took my daughter in because she vomited in my car on the way to school so i stopped here so she could be seen.I just wanted to make sure she was okay. There was no one in the waiting room at all and it was also early in the morning. I ask if she could be seen and I was told to come back at 3 pm because I would throw off the appointment schedule. I don't understand how the receptionist was more concerned about the appointment schedule than a sick child that needed to be seen. Thank God my daughter ending up feeling better. I'm new to the area but down in broward county at my children's last daughters office they squeezed you in for situations like this.

The doctor and nurses are great, but the receptionist. She never smiles never greets. Every time I call to make an appointment im put on hold and for a long time! Please hire a new receptionist one that really likes her job!

I have been driving 40 + minutes to go to this doctor for years because I’ve always loved it and I didn’t mind going out of the way for doctors who were good but lately it’s just going downhill and after today I’m completely over it. I’ve never been more aggravated with them. I will definitely be looking for somewhere closer to me now because it’s not worth coming here.

I've been going here for 6 years and have never missed an appointment! I recommended friends to go their, I have always been happy here till now I missed my daughter appointment not on purpose so I call them to reschedule as soon as I tell them I missed my daughter appointment they put me on hold for 7 +minutes I hang up and call them back they pick up the phone and put me on hold without saying a word, they've done this to someone else before I went in for my sons apt and I heard them saying she calling again and laugh, they put her on hold for several minutes while they are doing nothing I understand if they put you on hold if they are busy but just because you miss an appointment?! not very professional at all.

My wife brought our DAUGHTER in end of the week last week and the beginning of this week We were told " Its a cold it's completely normal" They did not do any test or swabbed her to confirm. Next day got worst, Our baby is only 3 months about to be 4! So we took her to the ER she was not her self, She was breathing funny, Her chest would go in and out deep and slow i have videos of this! The doctor at the ER told My wife That our Child has RSV "Respiratory Syncytial Virus" and RhinoVirus. with that coming to our attention We are really Upset My wife wont stop Crying, This is crazy with no knowledge and Our pediatrician told us not to worry is outrageous, Do NOT COME HERE.!!
