Children's Medicine

First time visiting this clinic, and after having to deal with military doctors for the past years, it was a breath of fresh air. The staff greeted us a soon as we walked in, and immediately gave me the paperwork to fill out, helped me, and answered all of my questions. The nurse and the doctor were great with my son, and overall I just felt a sense of ease with them. Completely different and better experience at this location than I had with the staff on the phone at the Lawrenceville location.

We have been visiting Children's Medicine for 8 months as of the day of this review .My daughter is 4 years old and her first visit was to complete a physical for pre-k school year.That visit went as expected ,professional and friendly check in to a prompt start to our visit with Dr.Garcia Nieto .My daughter was happy /comfortable with following the instructions and answering the questions needed to complete the visit .Between that visit and today we have been there a handful of times for sinus infections ,to the flu and ear infections .Service has been consistent and more than satisfactory .I thinks is special to mention that the appointment have been with different doctors based on availability and every single one is just as amazing as the previous one .

I enjoy having Dr. Williams as our pediatrician. She is very hands-on and really cares about our children. The reason I know this is because she remembers each time what’s going on with each child and that means so much to me. Not all doctors care as much as Dr. Williams does. The only thing I can say is, she does have a longer wait time, but It is definitely because of how thro she is.

Myself, along with my 3 other siblings were patients of Dr. Smart. I am 32 years old to put this into perspective and she was an AMAZING pediatrician. I now have three children ages 3, 19 months & a 1 week old newborn and we had to switch providers after my 3 year old turned 1 due to Dr. Smart’s retirement. I was pretty skeptical about her leaving and wasn’t too sure if we were even going to continue at this practice but per her recommendation of Dr. Garcia, we have truly found a GEM. She is absolutely amazing! She is attentive. She is knowledgeable. She takes her time and is very thorough. She has amazing bedside manner. She lets me ask ALL of the questions… does not rush me or make me feel like I’m an inconvenience. She loves on my children as if they were her own and that is HUGE for m

Went in and got put into a room quickly. The Doctor came was very nice and helpful and diagnosed the problem. Then when leaving the front office staff was so nice and it was a pleasant experience for a doctors visit.
