Children's Medical Group

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lauren and her team at Children's Medical Group. They have been caring for my son since birth and have given him nothing but first class service. The office staff does a great job of handling the high volume of call during cold and flu season and communicating any delays that I might experience. You cannot go wrong trusting your kids to this wonderful staff of doctors and nurses.

I've been bringing my daughter here for over a year and have had several bad experiences, but this last incident was my breaking point. My daughter was running 104 fever so I called to make her an appointment. I made it very clear to the lady on the phone that I was waiting for my new insurance cards to arrive in the mail, but provided them with my new member and group ID #. The lady assured me it would be fine and to go ahead and bring her in. We arrived at her appointment, they called us back, and one of the ladies (Stazcia) publicly started telling me my insurance was "inactive" and they couldn't see my daughter until it got straightened out. We have been with Dr. Lauren for a decade. She is a dedicated and caring practitioner, she is efficient and kind, she is truly amazing!

Dr. Henry is an amazing pediatrician and I’ve been meaning to leave a review. My baby was born jaundice. I made app with a different group/network that treated me awfully. I called Children’s med group to find a different pediatrician and immediately gave me an app with Dr. Henry. She was amazing! Not only did she thoroughly checked on my son, but checked in on me too. Every time he got sick, they I’d always get same day appointments. She advocated for my son to been seen immediately by ENT due to constant ear infections. I got a referral but ENT wouldn’t give me an app 2 months out, until Dr. Henry intervened. I was able to get an app within the week. I left the group because I moved and it was too far. I wish I could’ve stayed. But just so thankful for the staff here who really helped me

Can you give a pediatrician 10 stars??! When it comes to care for our young kids, you need the best, most experienced and hard-working team. And that's what Children's Medical Group provides, especially Dr. Lauren Nguyen. We have two kids -- a toddler and a newborn -- so we've been in this office dozens and dozens of times in the last two years. Both for "well" visits to check weight and developmental progress, to get vaccines. But also in times when our kids were very sick. During those urgent appointments is when Dr. Lauren and her team really shine. It's always possible to reach someone on the phone and get in same-day (with her or another Dr. at the practice). And she truly cares about the kids. She knows the latest standard in pediatric care and provides a care plan with confidence.
