We initially had a positive experience with this practice, but after deciding to switch clinics to get a second opinion for our child, getting our baby’s medical records has been extremely frustrating. Our new pediatrician’s office sent signed medical release forms two days ago, and I called the same day to follow up. The staff member I spoke with was very rude and told me they couldn’t help and that I needed to contact the third-party company they work with. I explained that the signed forms had already been sent, but she repeated that there was nothing they could do. Two days later, the records still haven’t been released. Dr. Shu is the doctor we all want for our kids. She is experienced, patient, thoughtful, and can connect with kids. She makes herself available for urgent issues, helps with referrals, and does a great job with routine issues like sports physicals, vaccinations, and the common colds. I most appreciate her ability to connect with both my boys and my daughters. She is great at making them feel comfortable and understood. Couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician!!!

We couldn’t imagine our family without Dr. Marcus and CMG. She has a gift for being both compassionate and refreshingly direct - a balance that’s rare and exactly what my husband and I need as parents. What stands out most is how present she is in every visit. She listens carefully, never rushes, and gives advice that’s clear, calm, and truly practical. She never overreacts or brushes things off—her approach is steady and reassuring. Our kids actually feel comfortable with her (no small feat at the pediatrician’s office!), and we as parents always leave feeling heard, supported, and confident in the care our children are receiving. Dr. Marcus is the kind of pediatrician you hope to find but rarely do. We’re so grateful she’s ours.

Switched to Childrens Medical Group from Intown Pediatrics about 4 months ago now. Love love love this practice!!! Not only do you get outstanding care, you get it fast too. I trust them wholeheartedly with my son's care.
