Children’s Hospital of Georgia Pediatrics Grovetown

We first scheduled the wrong office and they were kind and patient and were able to fit us in. Everyone was friendly and sweet about the situation. The office was clean and open. We went to the back and it took less than 10 minutes for the doctor to come in. Dr. Hartmann was very kind and answered any questions we had with a smile. We are starting over again with baby number 3 after 13 years so everything seems new to us again. She has been very informative and helpful with every visit we've had. The staff is always friendly and talks to each patient like they know them personally. The wait time has always been less than 30 minutes (in waiting room and in check up room combined). I would recommend this office to any parents.

I absolutely love this office for my children. Each visit, Dr. Watson is attentive and listens to concerns. She’s not dismissive, and is supportive. All staff is amazing, but nurse Shametra Bird is absolutely amazing! My 2 year old is normally not receptive of nurses from fear, but Shametra made her feel comfortable from the beginning to end of our visits. Thank you all for being amazing care providers to my children!

Never on time for a scheduled appointment. Waiting more than a hour to be seen isn’t acceptable. (And yes I work in medical and know things come up, but it’s too common here). they don’t prescribe correct medications and it always takes more than one visit for them to diagnose an ear infection over and over. Do not recommend this office. And yes we will be switching :)

We adore Dr. watson at this office BUT the wait times after a scheduled appointment are CRAZY. You send at least TWO hours in the office before you see the doctor.

So grateful for this team! The front desk is always so friendly. The nurses are always going above and beyond to make the children feel comfortable and safe before doing anything and Dr. Hartman never mom shames. She listens and helps give the best plan of care for each of the children.
