If I could give 0 stars i would. I’ve been waiting to see a pulmonologist, Dr. L Glasser since DECEMBER of 2025. Their office sent me a text message that stated his initial appointment has to be rescheduled because of the WEATHER on February 23rd less than a month away from his appointment March 18th. When his office finally did give me a call they told me he would not be in office. Then after me pushing back because this appointment Is very important, they told me he would be in office but not the Desoto location and if i wanted to be seen I would have to drive 40 minutes away, which i then explained to them did not work for me, they then proceeded to tell me if i wanted my son to be seen they couldn’t get me in until the end of may which Is unacceptable. Great place for the kids to get vaccinated for COVID. They have a pretty good system in place to keep everybody distance & moving in a timely fashion.

Our family loves Dr. Glasser and Danielle! They make a great team. Dr. Glasser listens to understand and spends a great deal of time with us during our visits; we never feel rushed. I could not be happier with the care my daughter receives at this clinic!
