Customer Reviews
Medical staff was patient and understanding with my grandson, who is on the spectrum, during his first ever dental visit. We were taken back on time. Waiting room was clean and very welcoming for kids. The jungle theme was fun. The dental rooms were clean and kid friendly as well. Glad we found this office.
This was the office with the earliest times for my kids to be seen. Their first visit was quick and I had to make a second one for my 5 year old. Her appointment was scheduled for 10am, we checked in 10:02 (due to parking) we waited for 50 mins to be seen. There were patients who came after us and was seen right away or when they checked in. I had to ask were they running behind or something and she stated it’s slow because there was only 2 of the doctors there that day. Which made no sense to me because we been sitting for 50 mins. As soon as I asked what was the hold up my daughter was called and was done in 15 mins. My kids have a follow up with them in March and I will be changing offices.
I have been going here for years & I have never had an issue with them. However, today is the day I felt like that changed. My son is autistic & the girls checking his teeth seemed to be a bit annoyed with him & just didn't know how to patient with an autistic child. I asked one of them if they were new & she gave me an answer turned her head & gave her coworker a look & rolled her eyes. We are not in high school anymore & I feel like the mean girl attitude needs to be dropped. As a mother of an autistic child it's very hard to find the right fit with any kind of doctor & my son has always felt so welcome there until today so that's very disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience with Children’s Health Dental. Their scheduling system was unorganized and unprofessional. Initially, they scheduled my son’s appointment on a day the office was closed, and they only notified me to reschedule via a text message. Which I called in I got my son another appointment for today at 12pm. When I arrived, I was told I would have to wait until 1:30, because this appointment was for a cleaning my son just was here for a cleaning, the lack of ignorance I received was not okay. Just confusing and frustrating since I was under the impression the appointment was at noon. The lack of organization and professionalism was very disappointing and inconvenient. I hope they improve their scheduling system to better serve their patients in the future. Will
I am a grandmother who is helping to raise my youngest child’s son so I am very much hands on with medical, dental and eye exams/appointments. I raise four children! Two grandsons so I am not new on the scene! I don’t appreciate Dr. Brown or that Asian Hygienist (I apologize didn’t catch her name) lecturing my daughter and I about what we should and shouldn’t give to drink! I can appreciate the talk. I didn’t like how Dr. Brown did not introduce himself or how he came in a room and told my oldest to call the mother! I didn’t appreciate the fact that he snatched the toy from my two year old grandson so his mother can hear him speak!! My grandson’s mother is 19 years old she asked her big sis for opinion on what she should do and Dr. Brown stated why ask her your the mother I am appalled!! I
