Childrens Clinic PA

Just left from there for a supposed to be appointment. The lil lady at the window tells me my appointment is 9/24/18 which she told me it was today and then she tried to blame it on another co-worker and she is the ONLY one at the front window! How low is that? I told her no it was you! Had me taking my son out of school early and I had to leave work! Her attitude is HORRIBLE! She needs to be gone! She never apologized or anything just sat there like a bump on a log! Just crazy!

Only because they don't believe in hand washing. Everytime I go I have to ask at least two people to wash their hands before touching my son. The first thing they teach you in the medical field is hand washing. Its a headache, especially during this pandemic. I can say Dr. Fletcher washes her hands each and everytime. I will miss her hopefully I can find a good clinic that believes in hand washing.

The receptionist attitude is so nasty! She talks to people like they're stupid or dumb. I'm trying to tell her what I was told by the doctor and she wants to tell me something different like I'm lying and don't know what I'm talking about or something. Then she tells me that i need to call the health department. She needs to go and take a customer service class because her people skills are piss poor! I will be looking for another pediatrician for my children. I don't care if I have to drive all the way to Little Rock.SAD!!!

I am shocked to see some of the reviews that I am seeing. I grew up seeing Dr. Green at the Children's clinc so when I had my own children Dr.Green was still practicing that is the only physician that I would allow to see my children. I have nothing but positive comments for the Children's clinc up until we relocated to CA in 1996. I have still heard great things about Dr. Mays and Dr. Fletcher in which I know personally from school. I would rather have to wait to see a physicain which is a good sign that the doctor is giving quality time and attention to each patient than to have a physician run in and run right out.

I have been using this clinic since a child in the 70s and continue with all 3 of my children now. Great and friendly staff and Dr. green is awesome and his nurse Deana is the best.
