Children Medical Center, PLLC

No one will answer the phone the number listed goes to a run around recording last several visits to this office I have waited 2-3hrs past apt time to be called back with a 1yr ol and 10yr old judt to wait another hour+ in a very hot exam room and then the interaction with nurse and Dr was less then 10 min. Dr nasser is a great Dr I trust his medical care for my childre7n however the over all staff will have me searching for another provider who staffs an office that cares about my time and views the medical care of children a priority when they do not feel well.

Every time I call I’m on hold for at least 30 minutes. The staff won’t even let you ask how long you’ll be on hold when you call because they just say please wait and put you on hold right after that. It’s crazy. Dr Naseer is excellent but he needs to fire all his staff and start over.

😡😤(No todos) Pero algunos en "recepción" discriminan al momento de escuchar alguien (Spanish) haciendo su mayor esfuerzo en comunicarse para hacer una cita, 55minutos llamada en espera es inaceptable!. (Thank You! Manager and Director for your help🙂🙏🏻)
