Staff go above and beyond for their patients here, especially Samatha! Her help during a difficult time offered support and comfort, forever grateful for this accommodating place in Martinsville VA.

The nurses and doctors are so nice and are very interesting in how you child feels and are there to answer any questions I had.

A very friendly and caring place for family. Everyone at the clinic is always professional and helpful, from the front to the practitioner nurse, very helpful and makes me as a mother feel as eased. They would make sure if any questions came up that they would be answered in a timely manner and respond promptly with the appropriate response to meet my understanding. But most of all the cleanliness in this place is a plus. So thank you all very much for taking a wonderful care of my child at each visit. May GOD you and this place and your service. We used to love it here. We started out here back in 2019 when my son was born. The staff was so sweet and caring. They made you feel like family. When Jane left things when down hill very fast. Staff became extremely rude , they never gave appointments available. It’s just been a big mess. I’m glad to say we are finally switching pediatricians. 10/10 do not recommend the staff are not friendly and always have a nasty attitude. I miss when Jane , Michelle and Amy were there. They were the heart of that place.

My youngest has been to Childrens First Pediatrics since she was born, and I have never had a negative experience. The staff is caring, and listens to your concerns. The nurses are amazing and make your child feel comfortable. I love this place!
