The nursing staff, reception, even the Dr was very nice. Everyone was pleasant and kind. However I have never had a Dr just ask questions and not look in your throat, ears, nose, feel your glands, or listen to your heart. I had to ask for him to look into my ears and make sure they were not infected, and it was just pressure from sinus. I was given a steroid shot and was told I should feel better in about 3-4 hours. It has been 24 and I still feel the same. So I goes I need to go somewhere else again and pay another $40 copay.

Even though it took longer than expected, the staff were very supportive and professional by stating and apologizing for the lengthy wait. For staff to acknowledge that and apologize, well that is very important to easy the person. The physician had a great manner and his open body language made it easy to relax. Just a great staff from the nurse who brought me back to the room to the doctor wanting to make sure that I was okay.

Absolutely best Urgent care I've ever been to. From the moment I made a call to schedule an appointment to the end of my visit. The medical team here is wonderful in their patient care, professionalism, kindness and helpfulness. I am extremely grateful that I was able to get in so quickly and get treated.

I was able to reserve a spot online on their website,& when I got there I just had to give them the name,and show the insurance card,also had to put it on the online account as well, it wasent a long wait at all before someone called me back. The receptionist,nurse,and doctor was absolutely amazing. They didn't rush,they actually wanted to hear what was going on,they didn't act like they was scared to actually touch you,they didn't try to summarize or use doctor terms to where I couldn't understand what they was talking about or ment. I have never been to any type of doctors office and was out within a hour no longer than a hour and a half. I would recommend any and everyone to go to them because they are absolutely amazing,sweet, respectful,make sure your comfortable,and just all out fant

Knew I had a UTI. I was able to schedule a same day appointment online with ease. Staff was very friendly. The NP who took care of me was also friendly, very professional and took good care of me. Did not have a long wait time. Overall a 5 star experience
