Children and Teen Dental of Alabama - Gardendale

We were patients and my children absolutely loved their previous dentist, Dr. Nicrosi, who was always gentle, patient, and made their visits positive. When corporate changes happened and she left, no one informed us ahead of time, so my kids were devastated to arrive and find her gone without any notice or chance to say goodbye. Because of the poor communication about such a major change and the decline in our overall experience, we’ve decided to leave and find a new pediatric dentist.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and very nice. I scheduled an appointment for all 3 of my kids and they were able to get seen the very next day. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my kids felt comfortable during every step of their treatment. I really appreciated how they answered all my questions without rushing and offered honest advice about my kids dental health. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care in a welcoming environment!

The staff and Dr Padma are all amazing! Anytime we have had any kind of dental emergency they work us in or they will ask for pictures to show the Dr and they stay available on text messages explaining what is going on etc. They are all so sweet and gentle. Kelsey up front always answers the phone when I have called and she is just amazing and so sweet! I am so glad I switched my boys over to this office. Thank you all for always being ontop of your job and being so welcoming!

My one year old daughter's first visit was awesome with Dr. Tashina Smiley. She was awesome with her. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect, but Dr. Smiley took care of it. Thank you all.

Dr. Smiley is very nice and the staff always welcome me in the nicest ways and Myracle is really adapting more as she gets older. But I love this place and we share mutual patients to each other for dental care
