If I could give no stars I would, Dr. Manley honestly has the best care and she is always attentive. Unfortunately her front desk does not have the same attentiveness as her. The so called manager has the worst customer service she is never helpful nor does she ever try to find a solution on top of that she was only suppose to be a cover and ended up staying to just ruin her business from the looks of the other comments. My children have been coming here for over 6 years for them to tell me I can’t schedule an appointment due to having three missed appointments in the last 6 years. I don’t ever leave reviews, but it’s very unfortunate to see her practice go down because of other people.

Terrible scheduling, front staff & follow ups. I gave them 2 stars because they came in clutch a few years ago for some paperwork I needed. Other than that it’s terrible. They’ll schedule an appointment & will reschedule multiple times. What makes it worse is they’ll wait until the day before to call you. Mind you I have to take time off work to make the appointment. Then when you do finally get there, it’s hours before you can see a doctor. After all the time waiting, you don’t even have the DR full attention because they’re so overbooked. After years of dealing with this I’ve decided to switch DRs. All I need them to do is send my child’s records over & they can’t even do that!!! It’s been over a month since I sent the request in. Ofc no one answers the phone & if I come to the office,

Do not go this doctors office at alllll , I had a newborn baby and have been waiting on a referral for a surgeon and a month later still haven’t heard nothing yet, then we go to our two month check up and to get shots and change his milk due to vomiting and we’re waiting there for over three hours. My baby threw up all over the floor at the doctors office and they agreed to change the milk and gave us milk samples and I was like oh I need paperwork for a prescription for the milk that your putting him on for the WIC office and they say oh we don’t have that wic sheet …….. like what type of doctors office don’t have wic paper work this is my 3rd kid and each of them had to be on non dairy milk sooo I know how the process is supposed to be. They are so unprofessional.

I have been waiting almost 2 year for a referral! Every time I bring it up at my visit my doctor makes up an excuse EVERY time. When I try to call them and get my referral they never answer the phone at all. DO NOT GO HERE.

For over 10 years my children have been receiving their care from Dr. Manley at this location and every experience has been a blessing! The medical staff and front office are always amazing and everyone has taken the time to get to know me and my kids on a personal level. To be able to visit such a warm, happy, professional, and efficient location makes taking the kids to the doctor an EASY experience. The front office team clearly knows their systems and processes because I can't remember the last time I had an issue with scheduling, paperwork, or even reaching the doctor when needed. This is the only doctor and team my children have ever known and I am so thankful for the entire team!!!!
