I visited the office in Brigham City to see what it was like and consider using their resources further. As I sat at a distance, paying attention to details, a case worker, who had been talking to some others in the room came and asked if I had been helped. He could have ignored me, assuming that I would go to the window if I needed help. I was grateful for this gesture. There are many negative reviews about DCFS. It is a very sensitive area, when the welfare of children are at stake. I found this man to be helpful and observed established rules, including another worker he referred to with a question. I have appreciated DCFS (in general) so far, as these are very sensitive situations, and documenting notes and listening, I agree, are sometimes the best approach. Intervening should be done

They do all they can to help families heal but more importantly they do what is in the best interest of those involved.

Horrible customer service they are rude and everyone there thinks they're better than everyone else that enters DCFS lies and manipulates people and twist everything around to benefit them so that they are able to make money it's not about protecting children with them as they say

Poor experience with this agency. Communication and keeping you informed on processes and resources is almost non existent.
