An awful experience. I normally don't write reviews, but I felt I had to in this case as a public service. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a medical office - made worse by the fact my son got caught up in it. We needed to get a test for my son, and after filling out paperwork and waiting almost an hour we found out that they would refuse him service because I had a residual cough from an infection three weeks and three days prior to our appointment (the CDC advises that the contagious period is about 10 days, so as far as I'm aware I would not have been contagious at that time). I had been a patient for 42 years. I saw Dr Shapiro for the majority of my life starting at 4 months old. He was by far the best doctor in the history of the world. When he retired I started seeing Dr Talluto who was also wonderful. During the pandemic I received a letter indicating Dr Talluto had left the practice and they would provide his patients with another doctor. No follow up nothing happened. I called Monday to schedule my echo and EKG as I need to be cleared for another surgery I need to have. I was told the doctor who took over for his patients would call me back. Never got a call so I had to call again. I was then told through a message that doctor left, who I was told “forgot” to call me. The doctors and staff are great - highly talented, long history in the area and garner awards every year. My two children saw them when they were born. Bottom line, if my kids had had any issues, I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to treat them.

Every single experience I've had with this group has been 150% UNPROFESSIONAL. From scheduling an appointment to getting accurate information to even getting my child's medical release!!!! The only pleasant part of this experience was the Doctor but the staff behind the scenes....totally unprofessional.

Very difficult to get an appointment here. I’ve been trying to schedule something since February. Either they take my information down saying they will call me when an appointment is available and don’t, I’ve called/wrote message and left my information for a call back for an appointment and not received a call back, I’ve been told to call the next week when the next month’s appt schedule opens up so I call back next week and it’s all already booked. Or I will call and no one picks up. I have no choice but to go somewhere else.
