Chicopee Dentistry and Braces

BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A DENTIST OFFICE! Before I never really liked going to dentist office because some places was not very friendly and or nice. But Chicopee Dentistry and Braces is a really nice and friendly place, I was greeted with smiles and friendly people I was told I had to get a cleaning done before I never like that because some places were very rough with the tools to clean my teeth and it gave me a lot of pain, But the person who was cleaning my teeth I believe her name was Nadia she was very nice on my teeth and gave me brakes when I needed it. Now I can confidently walk around with a big smile knowing I got the best care from the best dentist office around!!!

I will not lie it’s been awhile since I’ve been to the dentist so I did dread attending this appointment. Hygienist Jazmine was awesome. She was very gentle with my teeth and is a down to earth person. All in all great experience, I’d recommend trying them out and I’ll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Making a dental appointment used to feel like pulling teeth, but coming here completely changed that for me. Now I actually look forward to my visits, knowing I’m supported by a team that genuinely cares about improving and protecting my smile. Everyone is kind, patient, and incredibly skilled. It truly feels like having a group of angels in disguise working together to help you feel confident and cared for. I’m so grateful for this office and highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr khan is the worst dentist there she will tell you that you need a crown and drill it without even getting the crown approved first she drilled my tooth leaving it uncovered for me to get cavities again than i went to her she puts a temporary crown in its been a month we have been waiting for the insurance to approve the crown which hasnt been approved and the temporary crown is not supposed to be left over a week or two maximum and for me its been a month now every time i try calling them they just dont pick up my call anymore which is absurd! Dr khan is very unprofessional doesnt take her job serious! This place is just trying to make money off the insurance companies!

Dr Catalina and Roselyne were AWESOME! They were kind and understanding. Made the procedure comfortable both mentally and physically! Will definitely come back if I need something else done!!!
