Great atmosphere and staff. Never have been here needed an emergency appointment and Michelle got me in right away. Was brought back quick and personally I hate the dentist because I’m so insecure of my teeth but no judgement here they explain everything to you and ACTUALLY want to help you. I have to shout out Kaelyn she is AMAZING!! She was just so nice and understanding and let me know things that could help until I could get my procedure she just overall had such a heart and it was real so i appreciate that so much Kaelyn!!! Recommend 1000%

I'm a new patient at Cherokee Smiles Dental, and my first experience was really wonderful. For starters, I loved being able to book an appointment online. Every interaction I had with their staff was top-notch, from verifying my insurance over the phone to when I walked in the door for my cleaning. The receptionist was lovely and kind and the office smelled pleasant and inviting. The technician who took my x-rays, Rebel, was terrific--she made me as comfortable as possible and worked quickly but precisely. Carla, who did my cleaning, was gentle and thorough, explaining everything she was doing step by step. And Dr. Ousley was great. What a wonderful experience today I had at cherokee smile dental. Everyone was so nice and very informative about dental care. The dentist was so pleasant and explained the work I needed in details. She was patient and kind. The front desk ladies were so sweet and helpful we had great conversations and overall they made me feel so comfortable:) definitely recommend this location if anyone is looking for a good dentist in the area..
