Chelsea Royal Care Pharmacy

This is the best pharmacy in NYC hands down. Alex is the best and always takes my calls. He ships my meds express mail anywhere in the country. I’ve been going to him for 10 years and I’ll be with him another 10 years and beyond.

Please do yourself a favor and use this local neighborhood to fill your prescriptions. They are excellent, knowledgeable, and know you by name. They are much better then the big box stores. (And cheaper)

This pharmacy has shorted my prescription three months in a row, consistently giving me fewer pills than prescribed. When I finally confronted them about it, they denied any mistake, accused me of lying, and refused to fill my medication going forward. I’m paying $460 a month and only getting 24-27 out of 30 capsules. Charging full price to me, full price to insurance, and yet not giving customers enough to make it through the month.

I believe this to be the "Best Pharmacy" I have ever been to. I actually been going here for about 8 yrs or so. They are great, The head Pharmacist Alec is always helpful and a Kind person. The workers there are also helpful and on point with your medications. All these years that I have been going there I can't think of any problem that my wife or I have had there. There the Best and I'm not from coming from Chelsea so that says a lot. These guys are great and go all out to take care of you as best as they can. They're a great group of guy's and after all these years, I consider them friends because that's how I feel when Im going to get my meds and see them, like Im going to see my friends.
