I had an outstanding experience with Dr.Greer ,his medical assistant April and entire team. From the very first appointment, they took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, walk me through all of my options, and answer every question I had. Going into surgery can be stressful, but their calm, professional, and compassionate approach made me feel confident that I was in the best possible hands. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the level of care I received before, during, and after the procedure was exceptional. Dr. Greer was incredibly skilled and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. I had a great appointment with Dr.Greer today. I was seen promptly and everyone in the office was so nice, especially Dr.Greer. He was very personable and attentive. Best of all, I was diagnosed and given a treatment plan at my very first appointment. I had anticipated having to come back or go somewhere else for testing but that wasn't the case at all.

Excellent staff. Very professional yet friendly and courteous. I have been a patient of this practice for many years and I have always had a very good experience with all there. Highly recommend this staff. April and Susan are amazing and Dr. Greer is the best. They have taken such good care of my husband and me. Great job everyone!

What a blessing!! The ladies at the front desk are so professional, empathetic, and efficient (I mean, IMPRESSIVE) and Dr. Sabatini is, of course, knowledgeable and experienced, but also very gracious. His calm demeanor and clear communication, together with the care we received at the front desk, made a worrisome and stressful situation better than anyone could ever hope for. And I’m not recommending his biopsies for a fun Friday night, but it was the fastest, most painless, and least scary biopsy I’ve ever had!

Avoid this place ! Update:
 After posting this review, Dr. Ellis personally contacted me to discuss my concerns . He did apologize that I wasn’t happy with the care I received . He suggested that if I kept the matter private rather than public, the billing manager might be willing to work with me. When I later spoke with the billing manager, the conversation was unproductive and dismissive. I had previously requested the CPT and ICD-10 codes for my visit, which the office claimed were mailed to me. When I received the mail, it was only a basic invoice, not the codes I requested. When I mentioned this, I was told by the manager that they “don’t use those codes for self-pay patients,” which is extremely concerning and unethical, especially given I was charged $500 for a simple new patient
