Chateau Drug & Homecare

I've been going to Chateau Drug & Homecare for a few years. My primary visits have been for home-care products. A few years ago, my husband required brain surgery to remove a tumor, which resulted in weakness on the right side of his body and meant that he needed various home medical equipments, such as reachers, bibs, walkers, etc. From my very first visit, the staff was always very helpful in answering my questions, making suggestions and educating me on various items. About a week ago, when I was going to need to purchase a new transit chair and have it delivered, I called ahead to determine if Chateau had the item in stock and if delivery would be possible, when I wanted to receive it. After an extremely frustrating experience with CVS ranging from my prescription being out of stock at every CVS location and a bungled mail order, I went to Chateau. The staff is caring, considerate, efficient, personable, and committed to give you great service in every possible way. Steer clear of the corporate pharmacies and frequent this gem of a local store and pharmacy instead. You won't be sorry!
