I attempted to resolve my experience via email with management, but was never responded to. So I’m sharing my experiences here: I am writing today to express my complete discomfort and disappointment related to the customer service/lack thereof and lack of regard and care I experienced when interacting with Chase Dental. The first time this occurred was during my initial consultation. The Dr. (Hubert) told me that she was stepping out to check if my insurance covered the device that I needed for the sleep apnea I had been diagnosed with having. Upon returning to the patient room, she said that she asked someone in the front office and I was all clear to have a mouth guard made to assist what I have been dealing with for the past year and a half, which is restlessness, lack of sleep and di
