We really loved our experience here! We hadn’t been in before & patient Check in was simple! The staff, Maria & Karina, were so kind and helpful, they were very attentive to my daughter who was the one not feeling well. They were sensitive to the fact that we were self pay & made sure to explain the office visit fee as well as thoroughly explaining any additional fees from tests that may be needed to determine what sickness my daughter may have. Our provider, Chong was exceptional at asking thorough questions and was able to determine what my daughter had with only one test, so cost was very efficient and we were able to get my daughter what she needed to get better quickly! We will definitely keep Charter Clinic as our first choice with our immediate care needs. Thank you!

I hope I never have to get my DOT physical anywhere else ever again. They have great hours —I was able to get it done on a Saturday which was so convenient as I work all day throughout the week. There was no line and I was out within an hour. The staff were very friendly and it really was a 5 star visit. Thanks team!

went it to have a callous removed that i have had for years and it went perfect! the staff was so sweet & personable! explained everything to me. i’ve had no issues with my foot since. thank you!!

Super thankful for this clinic, My baby girl was sick and they were super fast and super helpful! There was no LINE ( and you can’t beat that!) Thank you so much Lee Chong and Maria :)! Although I hope no one else gets sick I know exactly where to go when in need!!!
