When I first met Dr Charles was in June of 2023 (my regular DR is always booked out 2-3 months) prior to my Knee Surgery, I thought he was awesome, and would've given 5 stars. Now fast forward to Feb 2024, I made appointment (my regular DR was not available again) for my sver lower back pain, tingling in legs and toes, difficulty getting up from a chair, and many more painful things happening in my lower back. I did the x-rays as asked and I was basically told there is nothing I can do and it is just Severe Arthritis, I AM AT A LEVEL 10 FOR PAIN AND HE DID NOTHING!!! I am constantly crying in pain. Only real assistance I was given was to lose weight (okay) but then he prescribes medication for weight loss knowing full well YOU CAN NOT GET IT ANYWHERE!!!! I have had to go to the ER just for
