Sun City Vision Clinic

I picked up my glasses from this office on March 4, 2026. I spent $211 believing I was purchasing progressive lenses based on my prescription, but later learned the lenses were single vision. When I asked about correcting the order, I was told refunds are not offered and that upgrading to progressive lenses would cost another $200+. I attempted to resolve the situation directly with the office, but the only option presented was spending significantly more money. This was disappointing from a customer service standpoint. I support local businesses and hoped for clearer communication and more flexibility in resolving the issue. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr Barnes at Sun City Vision is very kind and thorough. She takes the time to listen to concerns and explains herself well. The staff there are very friendly, helpful and patient. They even helped me pick out the frames that looked best on me 😉 I would definitely recommend Sun City Vision.

I had the best experience. My son and I got great frames for a good deal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office.

I dont know why but I was scared at the first appointment but everyone there was so nice and patient with me that I soon felt very comfortable. Thanks. Customer service was amazing. So glad to have done business with them. Definitely recommend.
