I am grateful to Dr. Sarsam who was able to help my mother after she was literally ignored by two other cardiologists. Dr Sarsam exhibited excellent judgement and my mother was correctly diagnosed with blocked arteries, received 2 stents, and now feels great. Appreciate your help and knowledge dr Sarsam!

After my most recent negative interaction with Dr. Sarsam’s receptionist, I’ve made the difficult decision to find a new provider. While I believe Dr. Sarsam is an excellent physician, it’s unfortunate that he continues to employ front desk staff who demonstrate poor customer service and professionalism. This marks the second time I’ve had a troubling phone interaction with a receptionist at this office. After my initial complaint, Dr. Sarsam personally addressed the issue, investigated it thoroughly, and followed up with an apology. I appreciated his effort, which made this recent encounter even more disappointing. Impossible to make appointments on the phone I had to drive in to make an appointment they should send reminders for upcoming appointments visits. Dr Sarsam is correcting the appointment system for all of us I appreciate you Dr Sarsam for taking care of your patients and me.

Dr. Sarsam isn't warm and fuzzy, but he is a great cardiologist. Goes to bat for me with insurance bean counters and enjoys my husbands off sence of humor. Ask questions, he takes his time to answer everyone. The office staff are awsome.
