The care and service are exceptional, to a person. Great intake staff, great radiologists, great font desk people. Dr. Williams is top-notch: caring, respectful, VERY thorough and knowledgeable; I highly recommend this practice!

These folks are the best! Dr. Williams was professional, kind, and very attentive to my needs. She made sure that the procedures were almost painless. She took the time to listen and do the things that had to be done. She was very clear about my options and what I needed to do for the next four weeks or more. I also want to point out that the entire staff was very kind and attentive to my needs.

This review specifically pertains to a front office encounter: Today I attempted to make an appointment for my 89 yo mother who has a few issues with her toenails. Oddly, Chapel Hill Foot & Ankle could not verify her (valid & in force) UHC health insurance-- an experience i'd never had before. We (my mom and I) actually spent a precious hour or more bouncing back and forth (by phone) between this office and UHC member services to no avail. While the receptionist ultimately scheduled her for an appointment, it was without the insurance verification, which my mother refused; Why would she want to risk a needless out of pocket expense? To this minute, I do not understand why a valid medical insurance could not be verified within a matter of a few minutes. I should add that even a subsequent

The practice has been available for appointments in a timely manner unlike Duke and UNC. They have provided all necessary referrals and care has been very good.

The practice is the best, and Dr. Anderson is fabulous! She is supremely competent, compassionate and an excellent communicator!
