I arrived about 15 minutes early. They checked me in and then quickly called me in to the examining room. The assistant and I discussed my concerns. Dr. Fradin then came in to do the body scan. He explained everything as he was going through the exam as well as giving me time to ask questions. Checking out and making a follow up appointment went just as smoothly. Overall, a very good experience.

I saw Dr. Casale today for a consult on basal cell lesion treatment. He explained my options clearly and provided information regarding each treatment option. He was very pleasant and understanding. His assistant Jody was also very kind and helpful.

I love coming in for annual checkups here. Everyone is so kind, Dr. Ross explains things well, and I love that whenever I arrive a little early, they almost always see me earlier than my scheduled time. This is a group that respects and cares about their patients.

Traci Long has great bedside manner. Very friendly experience today. Addressed my needs and concerns, looked closely at some spots, sent me out with solutions and product samples. In and out in 30-45 min.

I am so glad to have found Chapel Hill Dermatology. My new doctor, Dr. Fradin is is a wonderfully compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, respectful professional! I didn’t expect a deep dive into my condition, I thought he would write a script and send me on my way. I am so grateful he wants to explore the best options for treatment.
