Dr. Dasari is an excellent physician. However, I must express my concern regarding an incident that occurred during our most recent visit. The individual at the front desk initially retrieved incorrect insurance information when we arrived, leading to a misunderstanding. Even after realizing the error, she presented further inaccurate information. We contacted the insurance company to clarify my mother's coverage, but the staff member continued to dispute the information provided by the insurance representative, asserting her own understanding of the policy, which evidently differed from my mother's. Following this, she attempted to charge us a random amount towards Medicare deductibles, suggesting a potential lack of familiarity with how to verify deductible status. This entire situation

My husband had a double inguinal hernia operation done. The entire experience was great, considering it was surgery. Dr Dasari explained everything very clearly before the surgery. Dr. Dasari is a brilliant, thorough and compassionate surgeon. He removed my gallbladder a few years back with no problems whatsoever. I was both relieved and grateful to learn that he could also remove a large lipoma that I have been struggling with for a while now.
