Change Of Heart Cardiology

Absolutely awful. First I waited TWO HOURS after my appointment time to be seen. They ordered several tests which would have been thousands of dollars which I turned down. They had me wear a heart monitor which they ASSURED ME SEVERAL TIMES would be at no cost, but I just received a bill for $3000. I try to call their billing department, but they immediately transfer me when I call even though I beg them not to. This has happened a dozen times. As unprofessional as it gets. Stay far away.

I have been a patient there for 15 years. I wouldn't even consider going to another doctor other than Dr Kayser. He has performed many procedures on me and I've always had great results. The front desk staff are wonderful. They are pleasant, polite, and professional at all times. Keep up the good work see you at the next visit

Dr. Kayser is the absolute best. Professional and kind. Took fantastic care of my grandpa. Will absolutely recommend to everyone. The girls are so helpful and sweet.

Never on time. The Dr always "had an emergency earlier" per the office staff. I have other Dr office staff who call when they are running behind. This office never does that. They don't understand that a lot of elderly patients are chauffeured by family who have to take time off work to bring patients here. The wait times are consistently 30-45 or sometimes 60 minutes behind the scheduled appt. The Dr is never apologetic about it either. I really wish my mom would find a new Dr. I would not recommend this practice.

My husband is a new patient. While Dr. KAYSER is professional, takes time to explain your issues THE WALL/SEAGIRT FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL, LOW CLASS AND VERY LOUD. Not a Good Image for Cardiologist office The Freehold office is pleasant and quiet.Dr. Kayser and Hynes Need to Replace some of the Front Desk Staff
