The young doctor who served me was thorough, efficient, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Took her time and explained everything as we went along and answered any questions that I had. No hard sell and the only reason I didn’t buy my hearing aids from her was an insurance problem (surprise, surprise) Explained that because of cost reasons that I would be going through the VA instead, no complaints, said that everyone should get the free hearing test anyway! Can’t recommend her highly enough, this was in Sea Girt, NJ by the way! Would definitely recommend them for any hearing problems!

Couldn’t have asked for better customer service from the first phone call I made for an appointment until I completed my appointment. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend HearingLife. I just moved to NJ from out of state and needed a repair on my hearing aides. Not only were they able to fix my hearing aids in a timely manner but the price was reasonable. If needed I will definitely use them again.

What a nice, friendly office. From being offered coffee to chatting with the receptionists. They were very personable. The audiologist explained each test. It was a relaxing environment. Thank you

Olivia was knowledgeable in her area of expertise with hearing. Professional and conducted herself in a friendly calming manner. I was happy to get results that my hearing was actually okay and writhing normal limits but she recommended me going to an ENT for more advanced medical evaluation as I still have issues hearing but may be an inner ear problem. Will definitely come back for a subsequent exam if needed. Receptionist I think was Lois was also very warm, friendly, and accommodating as soon as I walked in. Asked if I wanted coffee or tea and had most of my paperwork prepared and ready when I walked in. Office is clean and tidy.
