CHA One Cabot Care Center

This place IS THE WORST!!! Do not go here because apparently they are so INCOMPETENT that they don't know how to bill insurance's the right way so that they can actually get paid. Have been dealing with a bill from them since August 5th 2025, went for a follow up to see my PCP Miriam Segura-Harrison for a procedure I had a month or so before. Ever since then I have been fighting a bill for $124 because they are billing it as an outpatient hospital visit even though it was clearly a follow up visit to see my PCP. With my insurance (blue benefit ma) that means I would only have a $15 co-pay which I already paid the day of. Have been going back and forth with them and the insurance with very conflicting statements each and every time. Apparently this place bills as an outpatient hospital vis

Absolutely love Khare Wilson in Ortho and will put up with the rest of the issues here for him. However, this new location is not good. The set-up is horrible. My appointment was scheduled for 10am. I didn't get in until 10:35, Khare came in and was shocked to learn that they hadn't had me do xrays, so I had to get those done and then come back to see him. I didn't get out of my appointment until 11:30. I also watched EMTs bring in a patient on a stretcher, no one helped them, and they just had to stand outside the waiting area until someone eventually came out and seemed frustrated by having to help. It was a rough experience and disappointing for CHA.

Use to go in Sommerville and O dont know ow the reason they switch my appointment to Medford. Terrible exerience. Appointment 10am, asked not to eat since yesterday 10pm. My blood pressure went down because of the long wait. Doctor didn't show up until 11:15am. And the.n more wait for the blood work. Do not teccomend.

I have an appointment at 1 with Dora Vanpat, They told me to arrive 15 minutes early. It's 1:18 PM and I still haven't been seen. This isn't the first time they've done this to me.

Went to One Cabot CHA for the first time today, great place - really nice staff...highly recommend :)
